All my graphs files die in AI v9
Is it just me or does Illustrator v9 stink?! I was on v8 for so long without any probs and v9 has given me nothing but trouble!!! I reckon they made all these fancy changes to be able to do web and transparencies etc etc and they completely forgot about print and pre-press users, arrgghhh...- RosieReckless

Quark 4 - lost my Serial Number
I can't seem to find the whereabouts of the serial number for my application of QuarkXpress 4.11 on Mac. In most applications you simply go 'About this programme' under the apple menu and there it is... but not with Quark! I was sure that it just used to appear on the start-up Quark box but I...- RosieReckless
