Hello- I'm trying to create a domain controller out of a Windows 2000 server but dcpromo stops and gives an error about File Replication not able to start. Manually trying to start FRS in Services also does not start. Any help would be appreciated.

Exchange services start with the user account domain\MA. The service account also belongs to domain\MA. Backup Exec starts with domain\administrator. I added the MA user account to the backup credentials for Exch IS, mailbox, etc. But still the backup job fails with communications failure...

It has never worked. The account used by BE is the administrator account. How do you know if it has full rights to Exchange? Thanks.

I am having the same problem after installing Windows updates and SP4. HTML is working fine but not ASP. Would reinstall IIS but it's a live system so trying to minimize downtime. Do you have any other suggestions?
