Thanks for the help, it set me in the right direction. I set up a parameter form and and directed my query to it. Now when I run the report it only ask for the parmeters once. Thanks again. Take Care. Terry

I have a main report that has three sub-reports. The sub-reports are all from the same Query. The Query has criteria of, Between[Type the Beginning Date]and[Type the Ending Date]. How do I get the report to only ask for the parameters once instead of the 3 times it ask now?
