I have a system backup that was done prior to this problem. I can probably restore the configuration from it and in theory should fix my problem. Do you know what section(s) I should restore to fix this problem? Thanks, Chris- cdorow

Yes, we use Intercom and press 9 to get an outside line. I checked the settings and it matched another working set. It has: Prime Line: I/C Intercom Keys: 1 Control Set: 290 First Display: Name Auto Called ID: unchecked Pressing Feature * 0 on these phones equates to "Release Calls". I went...- cdorow

No Button Free message
I am having a problem with 2 DN on our BCM400. When the user tries to make a call, no dial tone is given and a "No Button Free" message appears on the display. Additionally, anyone trying to call that DN get a busy signal. I made sure the DND feature was turned off. I am sure it is a...- cdorow

Citrix logo confused?
I have a Windows 4.0 TSE with SP6 and Citrix Metaframe 1.8 SP3 FR1. What I am seeing now is that sometimes the flying man logo is displayed (normal) or the Windows NT 4.0 TSE logo is displayed at logon. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to which one shows up.
