    modem keeps our phone line BUSY

    We have a rockwell/riptide combo card and for some reason it keeps our line busy even when the computer is off. We have to unplug it for our phoneline to function properly. We have no problems connecting AOL with it. This has never occurred before. This started about a month or so.It couldn't be...
