Ahh, never mind I found it.
I'll try it & see.
If the accessibility function is being activated, I take it that it's a key command? (not sure, I don't use it) but is it possible that it can be activated in a DOS window?

I'm running Windows ME.
I try to use the critical update but it can't because my IE is too old.
So I download IE6setup.exe.
I run it.

Sometimes when typing either the E, R, D or F key, (small case only, upper case is normal) different windows functions pop up.
Mind you, NO OTHER KEYS ARE STUCK and this is after swapping out keyboards.
The E key opens up Explore.
The F key opens up Find Files
The R key restores minimized...
