Cdrom disappeared even in Bios
Thanks Gloryhound for your help and advice. I checked the bios and its set as default in the doecumentation provided. Its warranty has expired so I will look into its repair or simply will buy an external usb cdrom. Thanks BR- navid72

Cdrom disappeared even in Bios
Please can someone can help me on this! The cdrom in my laptop disappeared. Its not even detected in Bios and doesn't eject its tray(meaning no power).I checked the bios setting and its set to auto in secondary channel. The cdrom doesn't need a driver as stated by the manufacturer driver support...- navid72
