It's me again! Please don't bother to answer my last question. I GOT IT!. Because report is designed including all fields from crosstab query, it only works if every field contains data. Otherwise, obviously Microsoft Database engine doesn't find the name of the field when it tries to fit onto...

Records in subform are not always in order

Thank you so much for advice!. I'm checking subform query and I'm finding something wrong about it: Invoice Detail table is linked to Items table but it isn't necessary. So I'm going to redefine everything on it and follow your instructions. VIANEY

Records in subform are not always in order

I don't know what could be happening. I have a main form with a detail subform to handle an invoice. Randomly when I add a record to subform it places on top or in the middle of the rest of records but this phenomenon doesn't happen in all records of subform that belongs to another main form...

    CR 8.5 and ACCESS 2000

First of all: sorry because my English) Last year I found here an interesting way to use CR controls from Access 2000 but I can't find that thread. I'm working with CR 8.5 and Access 2000. Using input masks with positive or negative numbers

Jpeneh10: Thank you so much for everything!. You're so kind. Now I have a new question: I've tried using your suggestion but I have noticed that plus signus only shows when I 'click' over the field. If I move to another record it disappears. I would like + signus to be displayed all the time...

Using input masks with positive or negative numbers

First of all sorry for my English. I can't find an input mask to show plus sign or minus sign on a numeric field. I've tried several masks like this: +##.##;-##.## but they don't work. These in particular works very well formating cells in Excel but they don't in Access. I can't believe there...
