Owner of message needs to send public key to other users.
Encryption is done by using a combination of the public key from the name and address book and the public key of the person who is receiving the email.
Unless you have the public key in your own ID, you will not be able to read the email.
The public key in the ID does not match the public key in the name and address book.
Copy the public key to the clipboard and paste into notepad. Then, have the administrator paste the key into the person document.
