At the IE's addressbar, when I type a part of the name of some website in favorites, IE fills the rest of it. But if it is in a subfolder, IE doesn't fill the address. Why is that?

when I'm opening files in any program, I can't arrange files by modified date, there's just Arrange by Duration. Album name and so on, no matter which folder i'm in.
