Out Glow effect in Photoshop 5.5

Out Glow effect in Photoshop 5.5
Does anyone have any ideas where I can download a plugin filter of the Outer Glow effect present in the retail copies of Photoshop 5.5. Ive got 5.0 LE at the moment and I need this filter for some work im doing- jamesm250
