    Disaster of failed Download/refuses to uninstall

    We are not Pc literate. We downloaded a Child Security Programm from bt internet and it failed leaving a constant blue rectangle in centre of screen! We can't uninstall or re-install as it is refused! Please, can you Clever Users give us some help!
