Firstly apologies - I didn't mean to drop my question into this thread!!
OWA appears to be on the new server but I can't access the logon screen - says page cannot be found.
the mailboxes are now on the new server
I'm midway through moving from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003, and have moved a few mailboxes onto the new Exchange 2003 server. Should I still be able to access these using Outlook Web Access ? I get an error screen saying "OWA was unable to get to your inbox".

I have a user whoes Calendar is "losing" appointments after 24 hours. I've checked the Archiving settings and the Rules and cannot see anything that would be causing this. Is there any other part of Outlook that might clear out items over a certain age ?
thanks

I have a user who's Outlook is not sending a meeting response when she accepts a meeting request. The meetings are being put into her Calendar ok, and she is responding to requests correctly, but no response email is going back to the organizer.
thanks
I've 2 different problems with OWA
1. User is logging into OWA fine but the browser doesn't display the Inbox, it simply shows a blank page and displays the word "Done" in the bar at the bottom of the screen
2. Another user is also logging in OK, the Inbox contents are displayed in the...
Incoming email is not being passed through. The MTA queues are OK but if I try to view the IMS queue the admin program hangs. I've tried stopping the IMS service but the "Attempting to stop...." dialog just sits there - it's been about 45 minutes now ! Any suggestions on how I can clear the...
Hi there
We have Proxy V2.0 running on a W2K SP3 server. I've set up the internal and external network cards etc but as yet not actually connected a cable to the external interface.
When I try to go set up Packet Filtering via Proxy Service Properties | Security I get the following message -...
I have some further info on this. It seems the email format is relevant. Links in Plain Text emails work, links in HTML format emails don't. Is this an MS security issue ?
Thanks for the note about email address !
I've suddenly found that not all URL links within emails and Office docs actually activate IE. Some do but most don't. If IE is already running everything works.
Is there a setting buried somewhere I need to look at ?
thanks

Thanks jpaf, I thought you had it but it seems not !
I tried flushing dns and then checking dns by displaying again so I knew it had been cleared. BUT if you then start Outlook it displays the same odd behaviour and when I checked the dns it had been repopulated with an entry for EXCHANGE2. So...
I've mailed a few forums about this and got no answer, so I'm hoping this will be the successful one !
We have Exchange 5.5 SP4 on NT4SP6. A few months ago the Information Store got corrupted. While this was being sorted out I set up a 'temporary' server so people could continue to sent and...
I have a user running Windows 2000 where we need to amend a Dial Up connection setting but it's greyed out under her login.
She has local and domain Administrator status but when she goes to Internet Options | Connections and brings up the settings for the relevant dialup entry, the proxy...
Thank joegz, that did it. If you know WHERE to look it's simple. I'd recently removed a trial version of an email templares package, the uninstall must have unticked the relevant check box !!
thanks

The 'Out of office' option is no longer showing in my Tools menu, anyone have any ideas why ? I've tried reinstalling Outlook. Also the Permissions tab isn't showing within folder Properties.
