User Properties Update Script
Hi all, I'm in need of assistance updating user account properties. I'm currently using NetIQ's DRA command-line option to change the account name and pre-Windows2000 name and a few other basic options using values from a CSV file. Update User Account AD INFO
Try the FREE community edition of Namescape's rDirectory. It won't prompt for corrections at logon, but it does provide a web-based personnel directory including user self-service. We just started testing it, and it looks pretty nice so far.- bitmeister

Intermittant DNS Problems
I've have similar problems on my PC after a fresh build. If I tried to connect to my mail server or web sites all I would get were server not found errors. If I pinged the default gateway or DNS addresses replies were instant. If I pinged the mail server name (mail.adelphia.net) I'd get a bad...- bitmeister

No user access to IE's "Downloaded Program Files" for ActiveX
Hey DevilDog, what is this third-party tool you referenced for locking down folders? I'm actually trying to prevent users from downloading things. I don't like spending all my time fixing problems caused by unauthorized applications. Thanks, BitMeister- bitmeister
