Delay between page loads after clicking link
I am using IE 5.5. At random times, when I click a link, there is a long (30 sec - 2 min)delay before the page begins to load. I can go for several minutes clicking links and connecting quickly. Slave HDD intermittent spin up problems
I have a P3-800 on a Tekram/ 440BX chipset mobo with 256mb ram. I have an IBM 12GB 7200rpm Master with a 40 GB/ 7200rpm Maxtor as slave. I have a CD and a CDRW on the Secondary. I am running Win98SE. Windows 98 "Look In:" slow access
I have a P3 800 running Windows 98 with 256MB RAM, 12GB IBM Deskstar, 40GB DiamondMax, Hitachi 5x DVD/ CD-ROM, Hewlett-Packard 2/4/24 CD-RW. My problem is this: If I have a cd in my dvd-rom drive, the Look In: dropdown box(found in the Open, Save, and Save As functions) drops down...- markuel
