Ive got HP PSC 2110 (2100/2200 driver). Minimum requirements are pII 200 Mhz 64 Ram. Is it possible to bypass installation wizard, instal only driver and run device under 166 mhz 32 Ram Winn98?

I hawe few pages in QuarkXpress and converted them to pdf via distiller. Everything goes fine except some special characters (latin c with caron). After converting they do not appear correctly. Why so? My text is in Arial CE.

When using win Me I added
Verdana CE,238=Verdana,238
Verdana Cyr,204=Verdana,204
lines into win.ini under [fontsubstitutes] and i was able to use some special characters.
How can I work this out under winXP?

I belive the line was [FontSubstitutes]
Verdana CE,238=Verdana,238
Verdana Cyr,204=Verdana,204
in win.ini on win98. But im not 100%sure.
Now im runing winxp and got problems with those characters.

Ive got some probs with some special characters (Slovene language). But few years ago I put few lines in one file and the prolem was solved. Now I installed quark on another comp. and I cannot remember which file and what lines were that.
Any ideas?

Hi, Ive got few pages, black&white including some b&w pictures (logos) and one red picture (logo).
How do I prepare this file for export to printing office. They said they need CMYK colors.(And Pdf file - but thats not a problem). How to convert to CMYK? The brouchure is going to be black...

then in Excel everything goes like a1b1c1 a2b2c2 a3b3c3 until a850b850c850.

Hm... it goes like this...
word saves from table to text like:
a
b
c
in my tekst:
a= text1, text2
b= text3
c= text4
in excel then (after your suggestion) appears like:
a=text1 / a=text2
b=text3
c=text4
(note that "/" = end of cell)
but i need
a=text1,2 / b=text3 / c=text4
and so...

thx for reply... it works for a and b, but c is still where it sould not be. In Excel it looks like:
a b
c
but should be a b c

--- and so on...
note that a+b+c are in the same cell and separated with enter(s)
I need to import them into excel and they shoul look like:
a name1 \...

Thx, pal... that was the problem... when switching disks, dbxs were moved into another partition of 1st disk... dont know why, but i import them back...
