Hello All- Just posting a follow up. Turns out the IT folks had to upgrade their VPN server software to be XP compatable. After that, everything worked great.- TestMgr

Error 651 with cable modem Win XP
I am in Southern California and use Roadrunner as my ISP. I spoke with their tech rep; he said my modem (a 3COM) doesn't block any port, and that the VPN should work. The IT guy monitored a session from his end and said that the tunnel was formed but immediately collapsed. BTW, what does...- TestMgr
