Why am I getting C1083 "file is being used by another process" ?
Occasionally when building projects in VC++ 6.0 I'm getting an error C1083 saying that the file cannot be written to as it is being used by another process. I've experimented and this happens even if VC++ 6.0 is the only thing running after a reboot. Rebooting the system seems to...- gsalvona
