MOSE.DLL problem in Outlook Express
I am suddenly unable to use Outlook Express. Trying to read mail or send mail I only get an error that says: "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL file could not be loaded". I have reinstalled Windows98 but that did not help. Can anyone help?- staggerlee
