no msconfig in w2k
You're not missing anything - it isn't part of Win2K. You can use the Windows XP version if you have a source. I searched Google (Windows 2000 msconfig) and found way more than enough help. Check it out!- nmbeck3

Netscape 7.0
The same problem has plagued me lately. I originally thought that it was simply a Netscape 7 problem, except that I was using a non-standard Hosts file. My hosts file was designed to minimize popup ads, by redirecting known offenders sites to 127.0.0.1 (local host) - effectively blocking popup...- nmbeck3

Netscape "connection was refused"
I'm having the same problem with NS7 and Win98. Detail: I have a large hosts file that contains many reputed pop-up and pop-under advertisers URLs pointing to 127.0.0.1. Several iterations of doubleclick.net are in it, and they always seem to produce the error. Hmmm... I'm not eager to...- nmbeck3
