    aspectz: Do you have the link for the Office erazor utility and is that, in fact, how you spell it? I want to try that as I have tried the custom install to "run all from my computer" and that didn't work. Thanks!!!!

    kicked out of Office Apps

    Have W2000 professional (Novell 5.0 server) with Office 2000 installed by Administrator. On just a few workstation (all had Off 2000 installed by Admin) users other than those in admin user group can open up office apps but as soon as they begin typing the program closes with no error messages...

    I had the same problem with office. Uninstalled and did another clean install and no more problems. Don't know why. However, member of groups other that Administrator can open Office apps but as soon as they start to type anything it kicks them out back to the desktop with no error messages...

    Off 2000 kicks out certain W2000 user group

    When a certain W2000 user group begins to use an Office 2000 application it kicks them out. The Administrator was logged on when Off 2000 was installed. The suspect user is not a member of the Adminstrator group.
