    Option 11C, if Key 0 is in use, need Key 1 to ring, not just beep once

    Problem: 2616 with LHK 1. Key 0 in use, second call comes in and beeps once on Key 1, flashes for the remaining rings. I need the phone to ring all four rings, not just beep once. Thanks. Ipp

    Problem: 2616 call forwarded off switch to POTS line. If line is busy, I need the call to go to voicemail. Would also like it to go to voicemail if ring, no answer after 4 rings if POTS line is not answered. Thanks, Ipp
