Static text is usually antialiased, but with dynamic text, you must manually embed it. Hit the Character tab in the textfield properties, and select Embed All... Or only the needed characters.
Device fonts outlines can't be embedded, and will allways appear aliased.
In the buttons.fla, put the following on the first frame...
this._x = 150; //offset from top-left corner (0,0)
this._y = 250; //offset from top-left corner (0,0)
Adjust the offset as needed.

If you try what I suggested, and if it works in the online.swf on it's own, then there's no reason it shouldn't work when loaded in another main movie.
