    Active backup job hangs as "Pending"

    Hi, I am running BE 7.3 on Windows NT Server, and occasionally the backup jobs do not run and just hang with a status of pending. There is no information in the event log that states why the job will not run and the job is clearly scheduled to run?? Any ideas??? Thanks... Bill
