I have never used HP unix and I'm trying to invoke SAM. I telnet to the server from my PC and according to the instructions I was given, I have to set the display using setenv (c shell) which I did. I enter the following commands:

Has anyone ever heard of any potential problems synchronizing the /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow using pwconv on Solaris 2.6 or 2.8 servers? I have used it in the past without any problems, but we have to be sure we don't run into any problems on our production servers.
