Goto VB-menu Project->Components; on the controls-tab select 'Microsoft Windows Common Controls'. Then You should have TreeView, ListView, etc. in the toolbox-window.
You're not alone. I'm trying the same, but can only get to the point, where the Add-In is registered. Tried about a million variations, but none would work. How about a Implements IVSSEvents, maybe in a seperate Class; but then how to pass the required pointer to VSS?
