Does anyone know if there is a recording system that is compatible with the Partner ACS that can be used to record calls in a small call center environment? I would appreciate any information you could provide. Thank you.

I have a customer that is licensed for 80 agent logins but cannot login more than 50. The 51st agent gets a busy signal. They are using Definity Rel 12 and CMS Rel 12 with EAS. Anyone have any idea why they can only login 50 agents? Thanks.
Does anyone know if you can have a handset and a headset connected to a CMV and have the option of using either one? I can get the headset to work fine but the handset does not work. Customer wants the capability of using both.
