    I think you could set up a cgi to use sudo, and have shutdown as the only command that can be run. check into the sudo manpage, and there's some sudo info on openbsd.org

    Also, in your map line, I would do portmap tcp/udp 1025:65000 just for good measure. 1000 is generally not a good number to map, because reserved ports go up to 1024.
