You can try editing the module.ini file on the client.(I have had varied results with this) Under the [ICA 3.0] heading change the Bufferlength to:
Bufferlength=8192
Under the [ClientPrinterPort] and [ClientPrinterQueue]headings change these:
Windowsize=2048
MaxWindowsize=8192
