    403 Forbidden Access to Secure Web Site

    I have published a secure IIS web site and am receiving the error detailed below when trying to connect over the internet.. Initially I get the standard security alert and download a test certificate issued by thawte, I then get the error listed... I'm not sure if my problem is certificate...
