Hi, I am using Sun E450 system with OS v-7. When ever I am trying to add a new mountpoint it gives: Maximum number of mountpoint reached reached (Sun). How to resolve it.

I am using HP-UX 10.0. DNS is configured in the system. Now the problem is, system does not read from /etc/hosts file. I need: if the host is not ound in DNS then it should search in the files "/etc/hosts", which is currntly not happening. I don't have /usr/nsswitch.conf file present...
