    updating the Master Catagory List In Outlook 2000

    Does anyone know how to change the Master Catagory List in Outlook so it is not machine Spacific ??? As far as I can see after creating a form with a catagorys box in, the list is machine spacific. Any Ideas on changing or updating would be great. Thanks people, Martin.

    I am trying to find a way of having the global addrss list in exchange 5.5 being automatically updated from a number of users address books. Each user is a client of course !!! Could anyone tell me how to do this ???
