XP stops booting at Welcome screen
All of a sudden my PC turned itself off (no programs were running at the time) On reboot it just stops at "Welcome" and the blue screen - mouse still works but nothing else. Rebooting in Safe Mode just makes it stop at "Windows is starting up". Help !! Any ideas would be...- Penport
