Upgrading Compaq SMART Array Controllers - HELP!
The BSOD results in NT trying to load driver, cpqarray.sys (Old array)....Download the Rompaq for the 5300...extract it on another server, copy files to floppy, boot BSOD server with ERD Commander...navigate to D:\winnt\system32\drivers...Rename Cpqarray.sys, *.old...copy contents of floppy into...- WillieJ99

Compaq UPS R3000 Ground Failure
I had same problem...I contacted Compaq, and they replaced the unit. P.S...I took battery out before I shipped it...- WillieJ99
