one of the tabs for logging...enable logging and then after setting the IP to one of your machines use one of the programs here http://www.dslreports.com/faq/2613 to log traffic...
Note, you will see logs of port scans, machines trying to attach to port 80, etc...don't freak out...

I've run into a very similar problem today as well on a Win2k Pro box...which I've never seen before...Im' thinking it had to do with grokster and all those other POS programs as well...
Checked IP settings...running internal DNS server...all other machines on network are fine.
