I have another question related to OLE insertion. If I use the JPEG files of my employee photos do I have to resize them before inserting them into my tables and forms. Also this database will be on our internet web page. So will I need an images file linked to the database or can the JPEG...- musicgenes

I want to insert photographs of employees into my database. Should I save the scanned photos as JPEG or bitmaps. Does MS ACCESS only allow bitmaps to be inserted into the table field I call Photographs. Greatly Appreciated! Debi- musicgenes
