Arcserve 2000- fail to stop job
A backup job was hang. There is a error -"E6300 windows nt SCSI port error(ABSL:4020)" Try to stop the job and reboot the server. But i am not able to stop job. Msg:"Failed to stop this job". The SCSI error is gone. But I am not able to use the tape drive to do backup. The...- jwlsusus5
