no i didn't recreate the profile, the old one was still there. Would i need to delete the mail services first before removing Outlook2000?- weasil

I am running Outlook2000 on a Win98 system accessing email from Exchange Server2000. My system crashed with Outlook open. After rebooting and launching Outlook I now get a login prompt but when I put in the login id, domain and password the login screen pops back up with the fields empty. I...- weasil
