password rest on bay 5000 chasis?

password rest on bay 5000 chasis?
I recently purchased a used bay 5000 chasis and after connecting to the service port via hyper-term I get prompted to enter the password. Is there anyway to reset the password? The manual just says call bay networks. Thanks!- enthilzha
