We have a large number of Win 98 machines and a number of them are having trouble shutting down. They get a message that Vsmon has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. Purchased a used T3000 Colorado Tape Backup without the software. I found Colorado Backup II Ver 6.0 software and have installed it but would like to find the users's guide to go with it.
