OWA Cannot Delete Mail

Error Msg: Unable to Delete Message Using OWA
Help!! I am unable to delete email nor access the calendar / appointments thro' OWA. I am using Exchange 5.5 with service pak 4. I can delete email & access the calendar / appointments thro' OUTLOOK. Thanx Jean- jeankriss
