    String manipulation (@left) in a sub-form

    Prior to using the @left function, @IsValid function was used. This @IsValid function causes the problem. Wonder why ? The code is as follows @If(!@IsValid ;@Return(0);""); FIELD PRINT_ST := @If (@Left(CB_REF_NO ; 1) = "L" ; 0 ;1);
