An NS "bug" when using CSS menus. Need help!

A css based navigation menu we created in layers interferes with the function of text links. Please look at www.ucalgary.ca/insite in NS4. Place your mouse over the "Canadian Universities" text link in the first paragraph. It doesn't work. The text links work when we place the text...- Garnvik

Sidebar flyouts prevent html links in main text from working in NS
We built a css based flyout menu in layers as a sidebar navigation menu. The problem is: any text links we create in the first one or two paragraphs next to the menu, don't work in NS4.
