Go into the crystal report and set the path of the table you use. The path you use on the development computer may not be the same as the user computer.

I am having the same problem using VB6. The menu has 4 crystal reports, three works fine the 4th gives me the Physical Database not found. All reports use the same table and database on a sqlserver using ODBC. Thanks Ed
