    I had this happen before too and it was that the other person just happened to be a delegate. But it would only happen every once in a while. Check out the client side in Outlook under Tools, Options and then the Delegates tab and make sure they are not in there.

    You may want to try updating the clients to IE 5.5 SP2. You also may want to go to SP2 for E2K if you haven't already. It does wonders.
