Wrong direction folks. This is not networked. That's why it's so bizarre. They claim they call another PBX, not networked, and this happens. That's why I'm finding it difficult to believe, and that's why I called in the hounds.

No, all channels are sending the same line ID xxx-xxx-xxxx. This shows up PLUS the phone label-----ACCORDING TO THEM.

The app is sketchy, at best, BUT it can work. Most likely there is a firewall issue in Windows, or in a third-party AV program.
