How are you trying to use the function? Where in your report did you put the =English(checks) code?
What is "checks"? It should be a data field from a table or query. If not, it won't work in a report unless there's a way for the English() function to get the currency value of...
Sure.. piece of cake.
First, create a macro that will delete all the records in the table. The macro's Action will be to RunSQL. It's SQL statement will look something like:
"Delete * From yourtable;"
Next, on your form, create a command button that runs the macro.
Job done.
A form doesn't have a RowSource property. You should be using the RecordSource property of the form. Change the code to:
Forms!frmMainForm!frmSubForm.Form.RecordSource = strSQL
That should do it for you
