    from any outlook 98 client. Any Joe can read anybody's email. I think it might be an Exchange setting that I am missing. All the clients should be using NT Authentication on the client side. There must be something that tells the server to look for NT Authentication.

    Have you installed or re-installed Internet Explorer since SP2??<br> <br> IE overwrites 2 files that the service packs and exchange 5.5 do not like.<br> <br> the 2 files are Inetcomm.dll and msoert.dll.
