    I disabled a tree in order to make some basic changes. When I went to re-enable the tree, the option to enable was not present - only disable. I checked the changed info, and it has disappeared. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Whoa! Way to technical for me. I used to be able to just move a phone to a new location (previously used location) and it would work under a different extension number. Looks like I'll have to call in the pros.

    I'm setting up a new employee at an existing work station. I've moved out the phone of the other employee and put in a new phone which shows as the older employee on other phone displays. I've checked the "automatic relocation" and it is activated. So I guess the basic question is...
