    That is not the solution. If you want to select more the one cell and the cells you are selecting are not next to each other you are holding down ctrl anyway. Clicking twice on a cell while holding down ctrl will not redo the selection. Any other suggestions?

    Hi, you can create categories called CAT and DOG. If you "attach" the categories to the mails you can add a rule which stores the mails depending on the categories they are in. Hope that solves the problem.
